Bookkeeper (Accounts Receivable & Fixed Assets): Responsible for maintaining records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; managing accounts receivable; updating the trial balance, profit-and-loss statement and balance sheet; assist with completion of state sales tax payments.  Required Skills: Practical work experience in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and accounting systems, familiar with networks and data backup procedures, must maintain confidentiality at all times and experience in Microsoft Dynamics Navision desired.  Two years’ experience in Accounting preferred.  AA Degree required.

Receiving Lead: Responsible for planning, organizing and monitoring the receiving, storage and distribution of all items received from suppliers, ensuring a smooth and consistent operation so parts and supplies are located and distributed to proper locations in an effective and efficient manner as needed to satisfy machine build schedules; internal and external customer requirements.  Required skills : Strong interpersonal skills through effective communication and coordination with multiple functional groups (including Engineering, Purchasing and Manufacturing). 3 Years Supervisor/Lead experience required.  5 years of experience receiving experience in a Manufacturing environment.  Proficient in Microsoft with Excel, Word and Outlook and MRP software.  Associate Degree or equivalent combination of education and 2 to 4 years’ experience in warehousing or logistics. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Bookkeeper (Invoicing Data Entry Clerk): Responsible for the proper recording of invoices to Microsoft Navision.  Reconciliation of Due to/from account to make sure that invoices are entered correctly. Post invoices after they are shipped ensuring matching data among software systems and intracompany purchases/sales, Update and reconcile applicable Due to/from Accounts, Assist with Accounts Payable 3rd party vendors, File payables as needed, Assist with scanning and filing of Accounts Receivables, Complete required tasks timely to ensure all financial reporting deadlines including monthly, quarterly and year-end close are met, Resolve discrepancies and irregularities, Process general journal entries as advised, Complete and update significant process documentation (desk procedures) annually for each function including but not limited to: Invoicing, Prepare financial management reports as requested by management, Assist with reconciliation of ledger Accounts as directed by management, Cross-train other processes within the department as requested, Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes, Maintain regular and prompt attendance, Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills: Practical work experience in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and accounting software systems, Familiar with networks and data backup procedures, Communication with management and other employees in the company, Must maintain confidentiality at all times, Experience in Microsoft Dynamics Navision desired, Maintain ethical standards and follow company code of conduct. Preferred Skills: Two  years’ experience in Accounting preferred. Educational/Certification/License Requirements: AA Degree

Coatings Laborer: Properly prepare, clean and rack parts for paint department, while making sure paperwork is complete and accurate. Must be able to handle heavy equipment and machinery. Requires standing, lifting, pulling and pushing of 25lbs minimum.  Should have knowledge of cleaning chemicals and familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets. H.S Diploma or equivalent required.  Must be able to work evenings if needed.
