Material Handler: Responsible for maintaining record of all inventory, producing inventory reports for the Materials Manager on a regular basis. Ensure all items are in stock and are organized and replenish as necessary to the demand of the min/max. Required skills: Demonstrate proficiency in the use of inventory software, Possess physical strength necessary to unload and restock supplies, Pays close attention to detail, Demonstrates strong organizational skills, Exhibits ability to think creatively in order to devise best inventory control practices. Educational/Certification/License Requirements: High School Degree or equivalent. Possible night-shift schedule.

Paint Laborer: Under general supervision, laborer will assist all members of the coatings department with cleaning, prepping or painting or any task assigned. Required Skills: Integrity and ability to work independently Preferred Skills: Proven working experience as laborer preferred  but not necessary, Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets. Educational Requirements: High School Education or equivalent

Maintenance Tech: Responsible for Performing work involving the skills of two or more maintenance or craft occupations to keep machines, mechanical equipment, or the structure of an establishment in repair. Duties may involve pipe fitting; boiler making; insulating; welding; machining; carpentry; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repairing buildings, floors, or stairs. Required Skills: Mechanical – Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Ability to trouble shoot. Customer and Personal Service – Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Building and Construction – Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of houses, buildings, or other structures such as highways and roads. Public Safety and Security – Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions. Knowledge of hand tools Preferred Skills: Two years of experience as Maintenance Technician. Educational/Certification/License Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent

Shipping Clerk: Responsible for properly packaging and shipping orders to customers in a timely manner. Required Skills: High attention to detail. Self-starter, work independently and with a team. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Data entry capability. Work well in fast paced environment. Availability to be flexible with work schedule to meet possible high shipping demands Preferred Skills: Knowledge of UPS Worldship and Bill of Lading forms. 1-2 years of shipping/receiving experience. Educational/Certification/License Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent

Sub-Assembler: Responsible for the preparation of the products as specified to our drawing to ensure the quality and on-time delivery of those sub assembly products to the assembly area to complete the product.  Required Skills: Have the ability to comprehend in reading engineering drawings. Have the ability using common hand and power assembly tools. Be able to read and understand production shop orders and instructions. Be able to work well under pressure with good hand coordination as well as piece part coordination. Understand tools and have color recognition. Educational/Certification Requirements: H.S Diploma or equivalent.

Hand Spinner Apprentice:  Through work experience, studying, coaching, training, and development the apprentice will be responsible for the set-up of metal spinning lathe and form shades and fixtures. Identify metal, cut blanks, circle cut blanks, identify center hole, set up press with proper tool and die and punch holes. Identify proper mold and install on spinning lathe. Required Skills: Ability to spin metal to conform to shape of mold, Able to identify various type soft metal, Mechanically inclined, Spinning is an art form not everyone can do it, Ability to shear close tolerance, Ability to set up and run punch press. Educational/ Certification/License Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Machine Shop Laborer: Capable of setting up and operating various machinery, measuring, packaging, mobile equipment with instructions from direct supervisor or working with helper. Fills in daily, weekly, or until assignment is completed, for other operators or when additional manpower becomes necessary per current labor contract. Maintains a safe operation and practices good housekeeping. Performing other duties as required that are in support of the department’s goals. Required Skills: Basic Mechanical knowledge, Flexible and responsive with a strong teamwork orientation, Good verbal communication skills, Desire to learn new skills and improve technical knowledge, Strong orientation toward quality, safety, and continuous improvement, Ability to work well in fast pace environment, Commitment to quality and accuracy of work performed, Demonstrated ability to effectively implement or respond to change, Safety conscious behavior. Educational/Certification/License Requirements: Licenses and certifications not required, however preferred.
