Maintenance Laborer: Responsible for assisting the Maintenance department by keeping the facility clean and free of debris. Empty trash cans, miscellaneous cleanup of entire facility, break down card board boxes and take to dumpster, move equipment, and supplies, either manually or by using hand trucks and perform other duties as assigned. Must have Must have valid driver’s license and integrity and ability to work independently. Must be a self-starter with good attitude and works well as a team member and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Must be able to follow instructions, verbal and written and physically must be able to stand for long hours and be able to lift at or above waist at a maximum of fifty pounds. High School Diploma or equivalent
Bookkeeper (Accounts Receivable & Fixed Assets): Responsible for maintaining records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; managing accounts receivable; updating the trial balance, profit-and-loss statement and balance sheet; assist with completion of state sales tax payments. Required Skills: Practical work experience in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and accounting systems, familiar with networks and data backup procedures, must maintain confidentiality at all times and experience in Microsoft Dynamics Navision desired. Two years’ experience in Accounting preferred. AA Degree required.
Materials Manager: Responsible for managing all aspects of materials flow and to maintain control and accuracy over all goods inventories, including all transactions, procurement, planning, scheduling, cost, warehouse, receiving, and shipping to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled on time. This position is also responsible to develop and manage all supplier relationships. Oversee the following departments: Inventory, Purchasing, Procurement, RMA’s, Shipping and Contract Review. Required Skills: Five (5) years’ work experience in manufacturing environment or supply chain. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering.
Receiving Lead: Responsible for planning, organizing and monitoring the receiving, storage and distribution of all items received from suppliers, ensuring a smooth and consistent operation so parts and supplies are located and distributed to proper locations in an effective and efficient manner as needed to satisfy machine build schedules; internal and external customer requirements. Required skills : Strong interpersonal skills through effective communication and coordination with multiple functional groups (including Engineering, Purchasing and Manufacturing). 3 Years Supervisor/Lead experience required. 5 years of experience receiving experience in a Manufacturing environment. Proficient in Microsoft with Excel, Word and Outlook and MRP software. Associate Degree or equivalent combination of education and 2 to 4 years’ experience in warehousing or logistics. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Operations Coordinator: Responsible for the creation, documentation, implementation, training and auditing of all process and procedures company-wide including, but not limited to, Process & Procedures and Safety. Required Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). 3+ Years in Manufacturing Environment. Previous experience in operational logistics/supply chain, manufacturing, transportation, general management or engineering role. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen techniques. Ability to travel up to 50% of time to analyze, implement, monitor best practice solutions. Excellent analytical skills to evaluate complex processes and financial scenarios. Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and related software. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. Excellent time-management, organizational, and prioritization skills. Ability to communicate professionally, with maturity and self-confidence. Ability to work well within teams and an ability to influence across cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills: 3+ years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Equivalent. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator. Educational/Certification/License Requirements: Associates Degree, Bachelor’s preferred.
